Please note we will review applications weekly and provide rolling notifications regarding your application status.
The conference is organized for people who identify as part of the Latin/South/Central American diaspora, including but not limited to Latinx, Chicanx, brown, and indigenous people. An online application process is used to select attendees. People of all sexualities and gender identities are welcome to apply. The conference is focused towards people on college campuses (students, staff and faculty).
Friday's events are open to everyone, but Saturday's conference will only be attended by people selected by this application process.
Set Up a Group Registration
Contact Nancy Tubbs (firstname.lastname@example.org or 951.827-2267) to set up a Group Registration - unlimited registration (with t-shirts) for students, staff, and faculty for a flat $200 fee. Once payment is received, the online registration form will reflect that no further payment is due from people affiliated with your campus.

Some scholarships are available for individuals unable to afford registration fees.
Process after online registration:
If your campus has paid for a Group Registration, or you are a Presenter, then you are done. Thanks!
If your campus is not doing a Group Registration, then please download the paper Registration Form by clicking here and bring it with your check payment or cash
payment to the conference on-site registration check-in. Make the check or money order payable to "Regents, UC." You can also mail payment by January 20, 2017 to the address on the form.
For those receiving support from their campus (student government or departments), or community organization, an invoice will be provided and W-9 form will be provided upon request.
Forms of Payment
We can only accept checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and UC InterCampus Recharges for Group Registration payments. We cannot accept cash or credit card payments for Group Registration. Payment is due once the invoice is emailed to a campus.
Individual registration payment will be on-site and can be cash or check, cashier's check, or money order. We cannot accept credit cards on-site.
